1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Services: For workshops, classes, or special events, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time will be eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized products
- Opened or used incense and other consumable items
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads
3. Return Process
- Contact us at thefirewithzen@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
- Include your order number, a brief reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the item is defective or damaged.
- We will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
5. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
